We sell only 14k jewelry. Our customers receive 14k plumb jewelry every time they buy from us. We import our jewelry from Italy, Korea, Turkey, Mexico, and manufacture most of it here in USA.

Our customers usually double their markups. If the item cost you $10, you try to sell it for $20. But selling it for$15 is not wrong, because you can replace it right away. Selling cheaper makes your customers happy, you gain more customers, and you buy more from us, because you sell more. And if you buy more from us, we sell it cheaper.

You can replace it with new merchandise. All you have to do is send it back to us. We always keep the original copy of your receipt. We find out the total of your return and call and inform you. Then we credit that total to your account and deduct it from your next purchase.

Yes you can. People buy the jewelry from us for holiday gifts, or for their friends or family all the time. Only make sure your purchase is not less then $500. Because our profit markup is low, we have to ship minimum of $500 package

It's easy. Our catalog has all the item weights in grams. We sell our jewelry by weight. The prices depend on daily international gold prices. Now days most of the items in our catalog, are less then $10 per gram. So, let's say you see "15.10gr" in our catalog. To find out your cost all you have to do is ignore the point (.), and the zero at the end. That will give you approximate idea how much you will pay for this item. 15.10gr = $151. You actually pay less then $151, but this system is good for fast calculations without calculator.

If you make your order yearly in a day, your order is shipped same day. That means you will receive it in 2 days. If you want to receive it the next day, you have to specify it. The next day and Saturday deliveries cost $10 extra each.

Yes we do, but for our purchasing customers only. All you have to do is send us your repairs with your order. Most of the soldering cost $3, ring sizing $4 and higher if we have to add gold to make it bigger. We will ship the repairs with your order.

After showing our catalog to your customers, write down the item numbers they want. Then call us and give us all the numbers you wrote down and we select the merchandise and send it to you.

After selecting your merchandize, we call you and give you the total before shipping it. Sometimes our customers are not home when we call them. In this case you can call us to find out your total, or we will call you at a later time.

FedEx makes three attempts to deliver your package to you. Then if they still do not find you at home, they take the package to FedEx main office to bring it back to us. That's where you can pickup your package. Or you can call us and we will try to make FedEx to try another attempt to deliver it to you, or hold it in their main office for you to pickup.

There are some pages in our catalog that have diamond jewelry on them. Diamond jewelry, unlike gold jewelry, is not sold by weight. So the best thing to do to find out your cost on a diamond item is calling us and asking the price.
